This is for the same D&D campaign, Radiators in Zone Zero, as the last drawing. There was a big fancy gala event and I wanted to draw fancy gala outfits for my NPCs. I had to draw this while on a plane from Canada to Indonesia just so I could make it in time for the session and even then, I finished the last one during the session. (Granted, it's my fautl I made him wear batik lol.) It was very tiring. But fortunately, I could work on my iPad instead of busting out my whole 16-inch screen tablet.
From top to bottom, the characters are Sloane Mallory Croix, Chaarani-Bai Fanghe, and Djoena "Jonah" Vandermeer. Their outfits are based off their own ethnic identities/nationalities. Sloane's Congolese, Fanghe's South Indian-Chinese, and Jonah's Indonesian-Dutch (he's also part Chinese, but it wasn't included in his outfit).
